CANCELATION POLICY

Please take note of the following TERMS & CONDITIONS. I encourage you to read these carefully as this is a legal document and, upon making your booking, you agree to be bound by these User Terms.
*It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions.

Your booking is not considered confirmed until a booking fee has been received (this will be deducted from your final payment). Please be aware that this fee covers my administration in order to hold and secure your date for you. You agree that it is non-refundable and non-transferrable in all circumstances, including choosing to cancel/postpone/any changes due to COVID19 or any other government forced restrictions such as but not limited to border closures, gathering limits or travel restrictions - if the service is able to be performed within the guidelines of the NZ Government, then your booking fee and/or your full balance is non-transferrable and non-refundable. 

In a government forced event that prevents me from traveling to your location or your event going ahead, your booking fee will be transferrable to a new service within 12 months. It is non-refundable and in the unfortunate event that I am not available on your new date I will always do my absolute best to find you another artist and you will be able to use the value of the booking fee toward a makeup service with me for another occasion.

If your numbers or location change from what was stated at the original booking, please let me know as soon as possible, I will do my best to accommodate an increase in numbers and a change of location. Due to the nature of my work and advance bookings, you can not decrease your numbers. you will be charged for the numbers stated at your time of booking plus any increase in numbers.

Cancelations within 90 days of the event will incur a 50% charge of the amount owing, cancelations within 60 days of the event will incur 100% of the amount owing, the amount is non refundable and not transferable in all circumstances.

A 15% surcharge applies to Sundays, public holidays, and bookings required before 7am. This includes. travel time for out of town locations.                        

 A call-out fee for less than 5 people applies for bookings within Christchurch. Travel is charged at $1.50 per KM from my home in New Brighton with a minimum charge of $50. There is a minimum charge of 5 adult faces for out of Christchurch bookings as this makes travel worthwhile for me. If I am driving I am not able to be earning an income with other clients so please understand why these guidelines are in place. For out of Christchurch bookings flights and accommodation may be required, depending on the location and time. These costs will be %100 on the client to pay and will be booked at my discretion.

Prices are valid through until 31st December 2024 only and may be increased without notice from this time. Any events that take place after this date will be charged at the new prices.
