Hi I'm Pearl,
My partner Sam and I have two children Ali and Quincy. We adore travel and adventure when I’m not in NZ on the makeup brushes.
I started in the makeup world in 2011 when I trained at The Design and Arts College, I have always loved makeup and making people feel confident about the way they look. So what better way to combine my passion and work life and turn it into my own business. Although to be quite honest it hardly feels like work.
I love that each person is uniquely them and each person has a story, I personally count it a real privilege to not only help others feel more beautiful but to hear their journey's also. So thank you for inviting me into your spaces and places.
I specialise in a timeless and polished look, my aim is to make you feel like the best version of yourself, not someone else. I adore each part of my job from the everyday makeup, to commercial shoots, to being a small part of one of the most special days of your life, your wedding day. My aim is to create a relaxing vibe whether that be in my studio or at your place of choice. I will go above and beyond to make your time in the makeup chair special.
Some of my favourite hairstylists in the industry that I work with include Tessa Taylor, Alex Hannah, Beth Alice and Danielle Hall, please let me know if you need any other recommendations, after 15 years in the Christchurch scene, I have worked with and can recommend many other vendors to make your day run perfectly.
